Team USA supports its branch managers and employees by performing all major corporate processes, no more worries about payroll, accounting, bill payment, human resources, lender applications or building compliance and quality control processes, we do it all for you! Our infrastructure is strong!
WHAT COSTS ARE INVOLVED?
Each retail branch location is considered a division of the company with responsibilities for maintaining a positive Profit center. Corporate support and profit is provided through a nominal fee per loan which includes all services provided. You can then concentrate on the core business of satisfying customers through quality loan origination. Contact your Regional Manager for more information.
CAN I BE 1099'D FOR MY COMPENSATION?
No. All Team USA personnel are considered W-2 employees. All applicable federal, state and local withholdings apply. Payroll is done every two weeks.
AS A BRANCH MANAGER, HOW DO I PAY MY BILLS?
Generally, you will submit the branch bills to the corporate office for direct vendor payment. As an alternative, you may pay the branch bills and submit receipts to corporate accounting. Detailed receipts must accompany a signed expense summary for all reasonable and customary expenses for reimbursement.
WILL I BE AUDITED FOR COMPLIANCE?
Yes, the quality of the branch loan files and branch compliance with regulations and company policy will be reviewed by our Risk Mitigation and Compliance Department on a regular basis. In this way, Team USA can assist the branches in achieving a high level of quality and compliance.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN I HIRE AN EMPLOYEE?
Your Regional Manager will assist you in the hiring process. After the Branch Manager is approved, employment application documents need to be signed and sent to the corporate office. All hires must be approved by Human Resources before beginning employment.
